23rd of Books, shortly before noon - shortly after noon, top two floors of the Ziggurat

• Exploring a collapsed room, the group found an amulet on a skeleton.
• The group found a shrine to a spirit of Vermin and Bugs, and offered it tribute (some chilis by Bub, some Sorrow's Balm by Mike and Rob, his old hand-crafted bow by Wodlow). When the spirit appeared most of the group fled, but Bub remained and made a pact with it.
  • Wodlow joined the pact once he learned of it.
• Venturing through a few more rooms, the group found a remnant of a room through a crack in the wall. Inside they found some furniture of dark wood, that almost seemed too fluid in style, no sharp edges or straight lines. Also the skeleton of a humanoid 2m20cm tall with horns and hooves.
  • Bub took the horns, and got Rob to carry the m.w. studded leather armor.
  • Wodlow took the shortbow and 7 arrows, and the thieves tools.
  • Mike took the Armband of Dispel Darkness and satchel of papers.
• They then ventured into the deeper parts of the ziggurat.

Treasure

• Amulet of dark metal with a three-triangle symbol.

• Gazellan horns
• Armband of dispel darkness, can contain up to 3 spell points, currently contains 1. Leather with gold inlay and faintly glowing white gems, of elven make.
• Satchel with various papers written in Umber.

23rd of Books, rest of the day, floors 3 and 4 of the Ziggurat

• The group decided to completely clear the complex, to try and ensure they wouldn't need to be here with Professor Gallia.
  • They spent 3 hours clearing the 3rd floor.
  • 1½ hours into clearing the 4th floor, they were in a section of magical rooms, and opened a door upon which had been written with chalk, in Elvish, "Do not open".
  • They opened it.
