Armor Training
Whenever you are wearing armor, you reduce the armor check penalty by 1 (to a minimum of 0) and increase the maximum Dexterity bonus allowed by your armor by 1.
In addition, you can also move at your normal speed while wearing medium armor.
Feats
You gain two combat feats.
If this is your third character level, you also gain a feat for that.
