Large wild park connected to the Green Remnant.
Though some of the outer edges of Sovereign Park are well maintained park areas, much of the park is semi-wild wilderness, crossing seamlessly into the Green Remnant.
The Moon Druids are the official custodians of this district. Wandering too deep into the park, one might run into bears or other predators that the druids keep from the more park-like areas of the district.
The park also has a sizable fey population, especially smaller fey such as sprites, grigs and brownies.
The district connects into Ghostwall via the Green Gate to connect the Green Remnant to The Representative Oak.
Locations of Note
Hastcaster Park
Usually visited by the inhabitants of Black Ward and The Arcana, Hastcaster Park is a place of picnics and children playing.
- The Bloom: A large botanical garden open to the public, newly opened by the Planar Conservatory. The Bloom displays plants from the dozen worlds that The City has travelled through. The gift shop sells some of the Conservatory's more popular products.
Mirror Lake Grove
Located near the center of the park, by Mirror Lake, this is the main encampment of the Moon Druids inside the city walls. Multiple paths lead here from the rest of the city, and it is one of the main places to meet the druids, and perhaps buy their services. Besides the Moon Druids themselves, it is not uncommon to find rangers, hunters or other unaffiliated individuals resting up close to the camp.Medusa Park
Bordering Three Streets Ward and the wall into Ghostwall, Medusa Park is first and foremost the park of Dragon's Tree. Gardeners paid by the nobles and merchants of Dragon's Tree keep Medusa Park a pristine landscape, and it is apparently not uncommon for some conflict between the park's rich sponsors and the druids about how nature is tamed and subjugated in this area.
While part of the park is strictly for the use of Dragon's Tree residents, the sponsors have nobly set of a large part of the park for use by the common public, mostly from Three Streets Ward.
- Sausage in a Bun: Hosted by Isiah (human, m, Green Depths) this sausage cart has achieved some amount of fame in The City as one of the best eateries despite its humble appearance. A visit to Medusa Park is not complete without a visit to Sausage in a Bun. As long as you don't mind the line.
