Your movements become clumsy and inexact.
You take a status penalty equal to the condition value to Dexterity-based checks and DCs, including AC, Reflex saves, ranged attack rolls, and skill checks using Acrobatics, Stealth, and Thievery, and a status penalty equal to half the condition value (rounded down) to melee attack rolls.
If you attempts to cast a spell with a somatic component, you must make a concentration check with a DC of 15 + the spell’s level or be unable to cast the spell.
